Dan has been in the real estate development arena for over 35 years and heads up development and construction at MHV Development. As a licensed professional engineer, Dan has been a consultant for both the public and private sectors. Early on in his career his responsibilities included the design and construction management of high end residential, commercial, mixed use, industrial and redevelopment projects throughout the Northeast.
Before MHV, Dan spent the last 25 years as the Director of Development and Construction for AVR Realty Company of Yonkers, NY. At the helm at AVR, Dan has led the design, entitlement and construction for over 3,000 residential units from high-end single-family homes to townhomes to large- scale rental communities from New York to Louisiana. In addition, he has been the lead on the company’s ground-up commercial and hospitality assets including large retail power centers and top tier hotels by Marriott and Hilton in over 7 states as well as overseeing the design and construction pipeline for the company’s hotel portfolio renovation program nationwide.
DANNY SIROTKIN

Danny leads the asset management function at MHV Development where he focuses on acquisitions/new projects, property management, and capital markets.
Prior to forming MHV Development, Danny was the Director of Multifamily at AVR Realty where he led the acquisition and asset management process of over 2,000 rental units throughout New York and the Southeast. He was also directly involved in the several new ground-up apartment and mixed-use projects throughout New York. Previously, Danny was a Development Manager at JDS Development Group in NYC working on some of the most significant new residential development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Danny graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Real Estate.
